Russia says Su-27 fighter jet intercepted U.S. spy plane; U.S. protests
MOSCOW (Reuters) - A Russian Su-27 fighter jet intercepted a U.S. surveillance plane over the Black Sea on Monday, prompting the U.S. State Department to protest the maneuver as "an unsafe interaction."
