EU leaders agree to extend economic sanctions on Russia
BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Union leaders agreed on Friday to extend their economic sanctions against Russia for annexing Crimea from Kiev and backing rebels fighting government troops in east Ukraine, an EU official said.
