U.S. charges second Honduran congressman in drug trafficking conspiracy
Prosecutors from the United States on Tuesday charged Honduran Congressman Midence Oqueli Martinez Turcios of conspiring to import cocaine into the United States as a member of the Cachiros drug trafficking organization.
