MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - The hot favorite to win Mexico's presidency, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, vowed to root out corruption and pacify the gang-ravaged country with a sweeping anti-establishment speech to a stadium full of supporters at his campaign finale.
